on selecting decorative accessories and accent furniture
to bring the room to life.  

If you purchase $1,000 or more from our online shop,
the $400 can be applied for purchases.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Do you need assistance putting it all together but don’t know how to or where to buy?
You will be assigned a lead designated designer who will custom design your space from top to bottom overseed by Principal Designer, Maria.
We will design a layout that will suite your needs sourcingfurnishings that best fits your design style all within your budget.
(Renovations or Construction is not included)
This will give you the freedom to design a single space, or your entire home,
at your own pace.

You will provide us with your inspirational pictures (Pinterest boards, magazines, IG, FB, Houzz) so we get to know your style and the overall look of the space.
You will fill out a questionnaire, ask you for room sizes (floor plans if available), photos, and a budget.  

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

•Planning and sourcing-up to 4-6weeksdepending on the room size and scope of the room.•2D overhead layout renderings, furnishingmoodboards,color palette,space plans•2 rounds of design included in the project fee, and all designs are reviewed virtually via zoom.•Direct messaging with your designer•Product Shopping List•How-to-guide with designer notes

If you’re local to Miami, there is an option to hire 305 Deco Living to execute the install and styling of your home for an additional travel fee.
We travel within the United States & Canada including Puerto Rico.  You will be required to pay all associate travel related expenses (air and hotel stay).

Once the detail design(s) is approved by the client, and payment is made in full, 305 Deco Living will handle all purchasing on behalf of the client,
send you an invoice and then turn it over to you to bring your space to life.

Bought a new home or renovating? Have no clue where to start?  We will manage all aspects of the design process for the majority or totality of a home.  
We will provide design and project management services throughout all phases of the project, from initial designs, through ordering, construction and final install.  
You will receive furniture layouts and design plans and an in-person design presentation.  

305 Deco Living has a dedicated team of full-service professionals (Handman, Electricians, Plumbing, Tiling/Floor install, Painters, Wood workers, cabinet, upholstery & curtains & closet makers etc)
just like you see on HGTV.  

DESIGN FEE:

A custom design fee proposal will be shared with you coming out of the consultation meeting within 7 days, with a flat designer fee and estimated cost of professionals (if needed) to work on your project.  
A 50% designer fee is due upon initiation of project and 50% deposit due the 1stphase, 30% 2nd phase and 20% 3rd phase during the duration of the project.
Project will not start without a deposit.
