20 minute Air Fryer Recipe……Scallops w/lemon-herb sauce Are you ready to feel and look great in 2025? Here is a simple and fast meal from WW you can make without being a chef. Recipe below. Ingredients: Cooking spay 8 ounces large sea scallops, rinsed and padded dry 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon of finely chopped capers 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest 1/4 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic 1. Space space preheat and air fryer to 400°F. Coat fryer basket with cooking spray. 2. Sprinkle scallops with pepper and salt. Arrange scallops in fryer basket and coat with cooking spray. Cook about six minutes, or until a thermometer inserted in centers registers 120°F. 3. Meanwhile,stir together oil, parsley, capers, zest, and garlic, and a small bowl. Drizzle sauce, evenly over scallops. *Be sure to cook the scallops to temperature. Layer with a charger, dinner plate, salad plate and soup bowl if serving soup. If serving bread, a bread plate is optional 2. Something Personalize: if having a sit down dinner, instead of using place cards, personalize a bubble or cookies like I did from @bakedbybatelli Not only do they look nice but editable too. 3. Scents: bring aroma to your space with holiday scents that fill your rom with holiday cheer. Scents like Oh Christmas Tree or Home for the Holidays from our candle line @305decoliving 4. Glassware: never use plastic or paper cups when hosting a dinner party. Make your guests feel like royalty. I love gold rim glassware as it brings a touch of opulence, creating a sense of grandeur and enhancing overall visual appeal. 5. Centerpiece: holiday flowers smell wonderful but just adding then into a plain vase is boring. Instead, buy a decorative piece that is shallow like I did at @homegoods that you can add flowers too. This creates a theme for your table escape. 6. Something fun: christmas cracker and a small gift for your guests like an ornament 7. Lighting: decorate your chandeliers with garland and ribbons 8. Flatware: make sure your flatware is either silver or gold and that all your flatware is the same design. Never use plastic utensils. 9. Napkins: colorful cloth napkins or napkins that are embellished that tie in your theme will look beautiful. You can add a napkin holder as well. I found these bow and pearl napkin holders on Amazon because it tied in with my theme this year which was BOWS 10. You: your the HOST! When I get asked “how do you pick the color palette for Christmas”? My answer is very simple. What is your theme and create your colors around the theme. For example: The Nutcracker - nutcracker & soldiers & ballerinas colors: black, white, red and pink and maybe light blue. White Forest Christmas: deers, sleds, rattan Colors: browns and greens. I hope this tip helps you define your theme and color palette this year. Its not difficult at all.
